Well, ok I use that title loosely. I definitely didn’t go all-out for fall this year, but kept things pretty simple (read my philosophy on cozying the house here). But here are a few snapshots from around our home this season.
The living room got a dose of texture with a classic wheat wreath, some pumpkins and silver dollar eucalyptus.
I also added this woven basket and pumpkin pillow next to the fireplace. We’ve never had a gas fireplace before and we LOVE it. It’s so nice to flip a switch to instantly make the room feel more cozy.
On the coffee table I layered in some chunky candles and velvet pumpkins. This coffee table is fairly petite so it can be hard to style but I’m really happy with this layout right now.
And this antelope fur throw is one of my absolute favorite things and is SO soft!
A stack of neutral pumpkins is an easy way to dress up our entryway.
Our kitchen always smells delicious thanks to an always-burning pumpkin candle and Mrs. Meyers apple cider counter top spray – love that stuff! Please tell me I’m not the only one who changes the hand soap/counter spray with the seasons haha.
I found the most beautiful white casper pumpkins and sprinkled them all over the house. Lexie loves to carry them around.
On our island I added a black and white bone inlay tray and I have to say I love having a little tray right there. I’m on the hunt for a tiered one for the Christmas season. Love the pop of black and white for October, though.
In the dining room, I added a buffalo check table runner and more candles and pumpkins for a fall tablescape (see a post all about this look here).
While our fall home wasn’t too different from usual, it definitely feels cozy and warm in here. It makes me excited to transition to the holidays! Thanks for coming by!
